IP locations can appear differently across websites because different services use different geolocation databases.
Proxy-Cheap uses MaxMind as its reference database for IP geolocation. If another website shows a different country, city, or ISP, that does not necessarily mean that the proxy was assigned incorrectly.
What to check
- Confirm the location selected in your Proxy-Cheap dashboard.
- Check the IP in MaxMind.
- Test the IP on more than one location-check website.
Proxy-Cheap cannot directly change information shown in third-party databases. If a particular website displays outdated location data, contact that website or database provider to request an update.
For replacement or refund eligibility, refer to the official Refund Policy or contact Support. Do not rely on third-party location results alone.
