Use this walkthrough to connect your Android device with WireGuard. Before you begin, install WireGuard and download your own WireGuard configuration from the VPN dashboard.

1. Choose the VPN location you want and download its .conf file.
2. In WireGuard, add a tunnel and import the configuration file.
3. Turn on the tunnel and approve Android’s VPN connection prompt.
4. Check your public IP in a browser to confirm the connection. Turn the tunnel off to disconnect.

Keep the configuration file private. A normal proxy hostname and password are not a replacement for a WireGuard configuration.
