The proxy options differ in how precise their targeting can be:
- Datacenter and Mobile proxies only allow country-level targeting, making them good for broad geographic access but not for localized testing.
- Residential proxies provide the most flexible targeting, supporting country, region/state, and city-level options — ideal for cases where granular location matters, like ad verification, localized SEO, or testing region-specific user experiences.
- Residential Static proxies, meanwhile, are limited to country-level targeting, but they uniquely support ISP/Mobile carrier targeting. This makes them especially valuable for use cases where simulating specific network conditions or verifying services by carrier is critical.
