If your account is suspended while trying to make a payment, our security system may have detected unusual or high-risk payment activity.
This is a precaution designed to protect both your account and the Proxy-Cheap platform.
Common reasons for payment-related suspension include:
- Repeated failed payment attempts, including payments declined because of insufficient funds.
- A card or payment being identified as high risk by our payment processor.
- Using a payment card already associated with another Proxy-Cheap account.
- Suspected, reported, or unusual activity associated with the payment method.
How to Reactivate Your Account
Depending on the reason for the suspension, our Support team may ask you to verify the card used for payment.
If card verification is requested, provide a clear photo of the front of the card with:
- ✅ Visible: Cardholder name and last 4 digits only.
- 🚫 Covered: First 12 digits, expiration date, and any other sensitive card information.
Never send your CVV or full card number.
Once the required information has been reviewed successfully, we can proceed with restoring access to your account.
Why This Is Required
- Helps protect accounts from unauthorized payments.
- Allows us to confirm that the payment method is being used legitimately.
- Supports our payment security and anti-fraud measures.
