Identity verification can be rejected when the document, photo, account details, country, or verification session does not meet the provider's checks.
Before trying again
- Read the rejection message and use the supported document type for your country.
- Make sure the document is valid, unexpired, fully visible, and photographed in good light.
- Enter your legal name and date of birth exactly as they appear on the document.
- Do not crop, edit, obscure, or digitally alter the document image.
- Use your own document and account. Do not submit another person's identity.
If the verification flow allows another attempt, start a new session and follow the on-screen instructions. If it does not, contact Support with the account email, verification time, country, document type, and exact error. Upload identity documents only through the approved secure verification flow, not in ordinary chat or email, unless Support provides a secure request. Approval is not guaranteed.
