Proxy-Cheap prohibits using the service to distribute malware, operate phishing pages, compromise devices, scan or attack systems without authorization, or perform other illegal or abusive activity.
When Proxy-Cheap receives a credible malware or abuse report, it may preserve relevant records, restrict the affected proxy or account, request information, and cooperate with service providers or authorities as permitted by law and the applicable policies.
If you receive a security notice
- Stop the affected automation or application and disconnect the proxy.
- Change the Proxy-Cheap account password and regenerate exposed proxy credentials.
- Review access logs, API keys, browser extensions, scripts, and devices for unauthorized activity.
- Remove malicious files or integrations and preserve evidence needed for investigation.
- Reply through the official support channel with the ticket ID and remediation steps.
Do not attempt to bypass a restriction by opening another account. Enforcement and refund eligibility are governed by the Terms, Appropriate Use Policy, and Refund Policy.
