Do I need to provide my personal ID?

Currently, we only require you to provide documents verifying your identity when you are trying to top up $300 or more. Also, if your historical spending (top-up) sum is $300 or more

This allows us to protect the business from malicious activities and allows individual customers to use our services for personal use for a few years.
