Do I need to provide my personal ID?

Currently, we only require you to provide documents verifying your identity when you are trying to top up $300 or more. Also if your historical spending (top-up) sum is $300 or more, or, when requesting a referral payout. 



This allows us to protect the business from malicious activities and allows individual customers to use our services for personal use for a few years. 


ID verification becomes mandatory once reaching any of the following scenarios and if not passed - the account will remain frozen. This means that you can continue using our services, but you cannot make any financial operations on our website, which includes service purchase, renewals, extending, upgrading. 


If you are requested to verify your identity - you will see a banner explaining the need to complete identity verification. 



Press complete verification, wait until you are redirected to your account settings, and press verify




From here, proceed with ID verification. If you complete it successfully - you are good to go!
