Auto Top-Up helps you keep your Proxy-Cheap balance ready for purchases and service renewals — no need to add funds manually each time.
With this feature, you set:
- a threshold (the balance level that triggers a refill), and
- a top-up amount (how much to add).
When your balance drops below the threshold, the system automatically adds the chosen amount from your saved payment method, so your services continue without interruption.
Example:
If you set a threshold of $5 and a top-up amount of $10, your balance will automatically add $10 whenever it falls below $5. You can adjust these values anytime.
Steps to Set Up Auto Top-Up
1. Link a Payment Card
- Make sure a valid credit or debit card is connected to your account.

2. Open Billing Settings
- Go to Billing in your dashboard.
- Click Manage next to your saved card.
3. Enable Auto Top-Up
- Switch on the Auto Top-Up option.
- Enter your preferred threshold amount (when the balance triggers a refill).

Enter the top-up amount (how much to add).
4. Save Changes
Click Save, your account is now set for automatic balance refills.
Turning Auto Top-Up Off
To disable, return to the same settings window and toggle Auto Top-Up off, then save.
