Yes. Proxy-Cheap provides invoices for eligible completed payments. You can view your invoices from the Payments & Billing section of your account and choose how invoice PDFs are delivered by email.

View and download your invoices

  1. Sign in to your Proxy-Cheap account.
  2. Open Account Settings.
  3. Select Payments & Billing.
  4. Scroll to Billing history and open the Invoices tab.
  5. Select the relevant invoice and use the available download option to save the invoice PDF.

The Transactions tab is also available under Billing history for reviewing payment activity.

Manage invoice PDF emails

You can choose whether invoice PDFs are attached to billing emails and which email address should receive them.

  1. Go to Account Settings → Payments & Billing.
  2. Find the Billing Emails section.
  3. Select Manage.
  4. Choose one of the available invoice PDF delivery options.
  5. Select Save.

Invoice PDF delivery options

  • Don't send PDFs
    Invoice PDFs will not be attached to billing emails.
  • Email PDF to my account email
    Invoice PDFs will be attached and sent to your primary Proxy-Cheap account email address.
  • Email PDF to a different email
    Invoice PDFs can be sent to another email address, such as an accountant or billing contact.

Note: Billing notifications will still be sent. This setting controls whether invoice PDFs are attached and which email address receives them.

Manage your billing address

Your billing information can also be managed from the Payments & Billing page.

  1. Find the Billing Address section.
  2. Select Manage.
  3. Review or update your billing details as needed.

It is recommended to keep your billing information accurate before making purchases.

If you cannot find an invoice

If an expected invoice is missing or you are unable to access it, contact Proxy-Cheap Support and provide:

  • The relevant order or transaction details.
  • The approximate payment date.
  • The payment method used.
  • A screenshot of the issue, where helpful.

For your security, never send your full card number, CVV, password, verification code, private crypto key, or wallet seed phrase to Proxy-Cheap Support.
