Refund processing times depend on the payment method used.

Card and Alipay payments

Once your refund has been approved and issued, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Most refunds arrive sooner, but the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Cryptocurrency payments

Approved cryptocurrency refunds are processed within 3 calendar days. The time required for the funds to arrive may also depend on the payment provider and blockchain network.

If your refund has not arrived after the applicable processing period, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If it is still missing after 14 business days, contact Proxy-Cheap Support and provide your refund confirmation details.
