Many proxy orders are provisioned shortly after payment is confirmed. Some orders may take up to 24 hours, depending on the product, current inventory, and whether any additional review or information is required.

After placing your order, open Overview or My Proxies in your Proxy-Cheap dashboard to check whether the proxy details and credentials are available.

If the order requires more information, Proxy-Cheap will contact you using the email address connected to your account.

If your proxy details still do not appear 24 hours after payment was confirmed, contact Support and include your order ID. Do not send your proxy password.
