Create and manage a Proxy-Cheap organization

Organizations let a team use shared Proxy-Cheap proxies, orders, and a wallet balance while each person signs in with their own account. You can switch between your personal account and an organization without logging out.

Before you begin: Organizations have two roles: Owner and Member. Only the Owner can manage members, payment methods, and organization settings.

Create an organization

Sign in to your Proxy-Cheap dashboard.
Open Organisations in the top navigation.
Select Create Organisation and follow the on-screen instructions.
The creator becomes the organization Owner.

Open Organisations, then select Create Organisation.

Add team members

Switch to the organization workspace.
Open the organization page and select Members.
Choose Add Members and enter the person's email address.
If the person already has a Proxy-Cheap account, they can be added directly. For a new user, the current invitation flow sends an email invitation; they can join after creating their account.
Use the member list to review whether an invitation is active, pending, or expired.

Invitation validity: Invitations for users who need to create an account expire after 7 days. Ask the organization Owner to check the invitation status if a person cannot join.

Switch between personal and organization workspaces

Use the workspace switcher in the top navigation to select Personal account or your organization. Proxies, orders, wallet balances, cards, and billing details belong to the selected workspace. Switching does not transfer items or money between workspaces.

Organization balance and billing

Each organization has its own wallet balance, separate from every member's personal balance.
Only the Owner can add funds and manage the organization payment card; members can purchase with the existing organization balance.
The Owner can set company details, including company name, VAT code, and address, for organization invoices.
Auto Top-up is not available for organization balances.
A payment card cannot be linked to both a personal account and an organization account. Reusing a card across accounts can trigger account restrictions.

Important: Do not share account passwords. Give each person their own Proxy-Cheap account and add them as a Member instead.

Frequently asked questions

Can I belong to more than one organization?

Yes. You can create or belong to multiple organizations and switch between their workspaces.

Can I change a Member into an Owner?

Role changes are not currently available. An organization has one Owner; the Owner cannot remove their own Owner role.

Can members leave an organization themselves?

Members cannot remove themselves. The Owner can remove a Member from the organization.

Can I delete an organization or merge two existing accounts?

Organization deletion and merging separate accounts into one organization are not currently available as self-service features.
