Rotating Residential Proxies route requests through a pool of residential IPs. You can use a different IP for new requests or keep the same IP for a session.

Set up your credentials

1. Log in to your Proxy-Cheap dashboard.
2. Open Overview or My Proxies.
3. Select your Rotating Residential Proxy.
4. Click Setup Credentials.
5. Choose the country and session type you need.
6. Copy the generated hostname, port, username, and password into your application.

Use the proxy credentials shown in the dashboard, not your Proxy-Cheap account email and password.

Choose a session type

Random IP can assign a new residential IP with each new request or connection.

Session IP keeps the same IP for a limited session. If you need the same IP for up to 30 minutes, use the session option or Long Session ID available in the credentials generator.

Protocols and locations

Use the protocol shown in your dashboard. Rotating Residential Proxies support HTTP and SOCKS5 options where available.

Country availability depends on the current proxy pool. The credentials generator shows the locations currently available to your plan.

Bandwidth usage includes all traffic sent through the proxy, including uploads and downloads.
