Refunds are available only under the conditions described in the Proxy-Cheap Refund Policy. This article summarizes those conditions. If this article and the Refund Policy differ, the Refund Policy applies.

Card and Alipay payments

The remaining account balance can be refunded only when the account is permanently closed. If KYC verification is required but not successfully completed, the remaining balance will not be refunded, even if the account is closed.

Cryptocurrency payments

The remaining account balance can be refunded only when the account is permanently closed. If KYC verification is required but not successfully completed, the remaining balance will not be refunded, even if the account is closed.

Eligible cryptocurrency refunds are processed within three calendar days.

Failure to deliver a product or service

If Proxy-Cheap fails to deliver a purchased product or service, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the affected order.

Bandwidth-limited proxies

A full refund may be issued when no more than 20% of the bandwidth included in the original order has been used.

Bandwidth purchased separately after the original order is not included when calculating this limit. This condition applies to a single proxy purchase and not to subsequent orders.

Time-limited proxies

A full refund may be provided within three days of the initial purchase when the proxy is still active.

Refunds are not available after this period because continued usage indicates that the service is being delivered.

Auto-renewed proxies

Refund requests for auto-renewed proxies must be submitted within 24 hours of the renewal.

If you experience a problem with an auto-renewed proxy, contact Proxy-Cheap Support within this period. Requests submitted after the 24-hour limit are not eligible.

Technical competency

Proxy-Cheap is not responsible for teaching customers, developers, or third parties how to use its services. A lack of technical knowledge or configuration skills is not a valid reason for a refund.
