Proxy-Cheap supports several payment methods. The payment options available to you are displayed directly at checkout together with any applicable payment fees.

The options shown at checkout are the most accurate source of information, as payment-method availability may change over time.

Available payment methods

Depending on your account and checkout availability, you may see the following payment options:

Paying with your Proxy-Cheap Balance

If your Proxy-Cheap account balance is sufficient, you can use it to pay for your order without an additional service fee.

If your balance is too low, the checkout page will display an Insufficient funds message. You can select Top Up to add funds to your balance or choose another available payment method.

Paying with Crypto

When you select Crypto at checkout, you will be redirected to the CoinGate payment page to complete the transaction.

From there, you can select from the cryptocurrencies currently available for your payment. Depending on availability, CoinGate may also provide additional options such as Connect wallet or Binance Pay.

We do not maintain a fixed list of supported cryptocurrencies in this article because the available currencies may change. Please refer to the options displayed on the CoinGate payment page when completing your transaction.

Payment availability

Not every payment method may be available for every customer or transaction. The options displayed during checkout are the payment methods currently available to you.

You may also be asked to complete identity verification before completing certain purchases or payment-related actions. If verification is required, follow the instructions displayed in your Proxy-Cheap account.

If your preferred payment method is missing

• Check the payment methods currently displayed at checkout.
• Confirm that your account and billing information are correct.
• Complete identity verification if requested.
• Try another available payment method.
• Contact Proxy-Cheap Support if you continue experiencing problems during checkout.

Having trouble with a payment?

If a payment fails or you receive an error, contact Proxy-Cheap Support and provide:

• Your order ID, if available.
• The payment method you selected.
• The exact error message displayed.
• A screenshot of the issue, where possible.
• The approximate time the payment attempt was made.

For your security, never send your full card number, CVV, private crypto key, wallet seed phrase, password, or one-time verification code to Proxy-Cheap Support.
