Learn how to securely add or remove a credit card from your account to manage your payment methods.

You can manage saved payment cards from the billing area of your Proxy-Cheap account when card storage is available for your payment provider.

Add a card

1. Sign in and open Billing, Wallet, or Payment Methods.
2. Select Add card.
3. Enter the card details in the secure payment form and complete any bank verification step.
4. Confirm that the card appears as an available payment method before leaving the page.

Remove a card

1. Open the saved payment methods list.
2. Select the menu beside the card and choose Remove.
3. Confirm the removal. If the card is tied to an active automatic renewal or payment, choose another method or disable that renewal first.

Never send a full card number, CVV, one-time bank code, or screenshot containing those values to Support. If the add or remove action is unavailable, include only the last four digits, payment provider, error message, and approximate time in the ticket.
