Bank Transfer lets you add funds to your Proxy-Cheap balance by sending a USD bank transfer. Proxy-Cheap does not charge a fee for this top-up method, although your own bank or an intermediary bank may charge a fee.

Top up by bank transfer
- Sign in to your Proxy-Cheap dashboard.
- Select Top Up (or the + next to your wallet balance).
- Enter the amount you want to add, then select Bank Transfer as the payment method.
- Open the displayed transfer details. They include the recipient bank details, transfer amount, and a unique reference beginning with
ORD_. - Copy the details and make the USD transfer from your bank. Include the exact unique reference in your bank's payment-reference field.
- Wait for the funds to arrive. Once received and matched to your order, the amount received is credited to your Proxy-Cheap balance.
Select Bank Transfer: Enter your top-up amount and choose Bank Transfer.
Copy the payment reference: Use the unique reference from your own request. Account-specific details are hidden in this example.
Important: Use the bank details and unique reference from the current top-up request. Do not reuse an older reference or send money to bank details received in an unsolicited message.
Fees, currency, and processing time

What if my bank transfer is not credited?
First allow up to 2 business days for the transfer to reach the receiving bank. If the money has left your bank but has not appeared in your Proxy-Cheap balance, contact Support.
Include:
- The email address associated with your Proxy-Cheap account.
- The transfer amount and currency.
- The date of the transfer and your bank's payment confirmation.
- The
ORD_reference from the top-up details, if available.
Transfers with a missing or incorrect reference, or an amount that differs from the order, may require manual review. Do not submit a second payment simply because the first is not yet credited.
Organization bank transfers
Bank transfer top-ups are also available for organization balances. The organization Owner must initiate the top-up in the organization workspace; Members cannot top up the shared balance.
