Proxy-Cheap applies technical restrictions and an Appropriate Use Policy. Some destinations may be blocked, and certain use cases are unsupported. We cannot guarantee that every proxy or IP address will work with every website, application, or platform.

Prohibited activities

Proxy-Cheap proxies must not be used for illegal or abusive activities, including malware distribution, phishing, credential theft, spam, fraud, unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, or infringement of third-party rights.

Review the Appropriate Use Policy for the complete rules. Violations may result in service restrictions, suspension, or termination. Any refund request will be assessed under the current Refund Policy.

Unsupported use cases

Proxy-Cheap does not support the following use cases:

• Mailing services, including SMTP traffic over port 25
• Gambling sites
• Survey sites
• Offer sites
• Redeem sites
• Dating services
• Grass.io

This list may not cover every unsupported destination or activity. Unsupported use means that compatibility is not provided and the service may not work as expected.

Refund eligibility

Using proxies for a prohibited or unsupported use case may make the affected purchase ineligible for a refund. Review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
