If your account is restricted

1. Stop using affected proxies and do not create another account to bypass the action.
2. Read the notice sent to the account email and follow any verification or remediation request.
3. Secure the account by changing the password and reviewing active credentials if unauthorized access is possible.
4. Reply through the official support channel with the ticket ID, relevant facts, and corrective actions.
5. Preserve logs or evidence that may help the review.

Proxy-Cheap may be unable to disclose confidential risk controls, third-party reports, or legally restricted information. Reinstatement is not guaranteed. Access to funds, active services, or refunds is handled according to the applicable Terms, Appropriate Use Policy, Refund Policy, and payment status.
