Yes. For proxies that support IP whitelist authentication, the allowed IP address can currently be changed once every 30 minutes.

If the dashboard displays a countdown or a different limit for your proxy, follow the value shown there.

This limit does not apply to products that do not support IP whitelist authentication. Check the authentication options shown for your proxy before changing networks or public IP addresses.
