- Log in to your Proxy-Cheap dashboard and open Overview or My Proxies.
- Select the Static Mobile Proxy you want to rotate.
- Click the rotate icon next to the Public IP shown in the proxy overview.
- Wait a few seconds for the new public IP to appear, then test the connection again.
Your proxy server address, port, and authentication details normally remain the same. Active connections may disconnect during rotation and may need to reconnect.
If the rotate icon is not displayed, manual rotation is not currently available for that proxy. Contact Support if you need help with the selected product.
