It’s important to note that we cannot influence or modify data displayed on any third-party database or website. If you notice incorrect IP location details on a third-party platform, we recommend contacting the administrator of that platform to request a manual update of their database.

Proxies displayed on third-party websites as being from a country other than the one assigned in our system are not eligible for refunds. This is because such discrepancies stem from variations in the third-party databases and are outside our responsibility.

Refund Policy for Location Accuracy
Refunds are only available if there is a proven mismatch in the location accuracy based on MaxMind, our integrated database. Data discrepancies on third-party platforms do not qualify for refunds as they fall outside the scope of our services.
