How to upgrade proxy speeds?

Modified on Thu, 7 Mar at 6:44 AM

Yes, you can upgrade proxy speeds for an even better probable experience!

For an additional fee, most of static residential and data center IPv4 are available for upgrades to 300Mbps and 1Gbps, for an additional fee.

Note that an upgrade does not guarantee you full throttling of speed. Speed and latency of proxies will depend on 3 major factors:

1. Your local internet strength'
2. Any external restrictions, such as your local or network firewall, faulty browser/client, other restrictions;
3. Physical distance between you and proxy-end location. The further you are - the worse your performance can get.

To upgrade proxy speeds - open up your proxy in the dashboard overview or from within my proxies menu.

Scroll down to details, press change next to speed column.

Choose your speed upgrade and press upgrade.

Note that not all services are capable of having 1Gbps connections. If your purchased proxy does not have this option, this means that service is ineligible for bigger upgrade due to service limitations.

The fee will be applied monthly together with your montly proxy cost.

300Mbps - $1/month + IP price
1Gbps - $2/month + IP price.
